• Travel Fee within Brevard County - $25
• Waiting Fee for Other Parties - $60/hr (billed at 15-minute increments)

• Acts of Donation
• Affidavits
• Bills of Sale
• Custody Papers
• Living Will Declarations
• Last Wills and Testaments
• Powers of Attorney
• Provisional Custody by Mandate Forms
• Real Estate Closings and Refinances
